	Ben Y. Curran Eldest and most experienced member of the team, Ben is the patriarch of the family business. He took ownership and operation of the business in 1961 from his father George A. Curran, original founder of the original Curran Real Estate. Specializing in commercial, indus-trial and farm lands, 2005 marks his 49th year in the family business.

	Julie Curran-Mattos Julie heads up the residential division at Curran GMAC Real Estate. As the third gener-ation serving Tracy's real estate community she follows in the footsteps of both her father and grandfather, serving not only her clients, but also the community and local charities. She currently serves on Tracy's Real Estate Council and is a Habitat for Humanity board member. Julie is also a Master's Club recipient, and was named Tracy's realtor of the year in 1999. She offers personalized customer service in all areas of residential real estate— whether she is assisting with buying, selling or relocating— building lasting relationships along the way.

	Scott Curran Licensed since 1987, Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. He has seen Tracy grow and welcomes new families every year. Scott specializes in residential, income and commercial properties as well as property management and enjoys helping his clients achieve their real estate investment goals.
